I'd like to thank blizzard for giving my guild the opportunity to take a free transfer off of Shattered Hand, our old teetering server, to begin anew on Drak'Tharon. Things were going extremely well for the first month after free transfers were closed - realm was at medium-high population, instances went smoothly, wintergrasp was fun and stable, raiding was an enjoyable experience, and we were all extremely satisfied paying customers.
However, your decision to reopen free transfers from 11 overpopulated realms to Drak'Tharon has resulted in the destruction of our servers infrastructure and is completely unacceptable. Players on our server experience near constant disconnects during peak hours. Lag even for those on high speed connections results in unplayable game conditions. Log in queues make it impossible to re-enter a fight that one was just disconnected from. Wintergrasp is unplayable, Raid instances of all levels are unplayable, major cities are a mess, and the playerbase is extremely dissatisfied.
We request and require that blizzard remedy this issue, whether by the implementation of free transfers OFF of Drak'Tharon to new servers, compensatory subscription time, or a complete hardware upgrade to handle the new player load. Anything less represents a lack of committment on the part of blizzard to customer satisfaction and will not be tolerated.
