How do they build things so fast in Wow?

Short obvious answer is magic, but honestly how does the Alliance build massive Castles and Forts almost overnight? I remember just a few months ago the Lich King was being a weenie and sending his crownies into Stromwind and Org. too die so we invade...right after that the Alliance and Horde built massive castles and forts and citys in Northrend litterly overnight. How do they do that? Time magic? Does Hellscream carry a tiny Fort in his pocket, burys it adds water and a sack of gold and stands back and watch's his new Fort Grow? Curious minds want too know.

(Curious because if they are able too build all these cool things overnight....WHY didnt they build something like this for the Trolls, Gnome or Refugees of Lorderon already?)

They did it via the temporary suspension of disbelief. (aka It was already in the works all along.) Not to mention, just because you hadn't seen it yet, doesn't mean that these things weren't already happening in preparation in Northrend. You just weren't ready yet and were a bit preoccupied with the Burning Legion to go there to take part.

Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain! Let's go back to saying it's magic. ;)

Saurfang glared at the mountains, and they assembled themselves into forts to try to protect themselves.

A likely thing indeed.
