It Goes to 11... [Bugged]

Currently, the quest It Goes to 11 in Howling Fjord is not working at all. I understand that the mechanism was changed so that you simply have to click the green circle over the houses you want to shoot at. Unfortunately I click a house once and the green targeting circle remains, click it again and it goes away with the harpoon doing a whole lot of nothing. The mobs that I'm instructed to kill are also not spawning.

That's a cause of a good deal of issues. But, the benefits of having mods outweighs the cons.
