GC: Suggestion to compensate the SD nerf

With the incoming nerf to Sudden Death, arms really need a buff to not suck next patch (in PvP).

I read in your post that you are thinking about buffing slam, unfortunately, it is not going to help us in PvP since we are almost always rage starved.

What warriors need is a buff to mortal strike, our #1 ability that we MUST use at all time. Mortal strike is pretty weak right now compared to most other classes abilities, it barely crit for over 3k, even on clothies.

DKs can scourge strike me for 5.5k and more, arcane mages can arcane barrage me for the same amount, etc...

My suggestion if to buff mortal strike:

- Make mortal strike IGNORE the target's armor (or make imp. mortal strike do it since the talent is not that good at the moment)

OR

- Make mortal strike do more % of damage, let's say 50%, if the target is wounded (rend and deep wounds)

OR

- Simply increase the weapon damage % of mortal strike since weapon damage did not scale very much in this expansion. Right now it is 100% weapon damage plus 380, make it be 150% weapon damage?

I'm not discounting your suggestion, but do you think you might be less rage starved with the Sudden Death change?
