First and foremost: Mirror Image (this is the angry part. if you are scared of angry letters, skip down to the next section)

I haven't seen one justified reason to why these can still cast polymorph that ARE NOT on DR with anything. I havent even seen an explanation on why they can cast poly at all. Is this seriously going to make it through the patch unchanged? Let me sum this up in one question, while trying as hard as i can not to use caps based on how aggravating this is: Why is AI allowed in arenas? This is beyond a little RNG. There are so many things wrong with mirrors sheeping AT ALL, that i must stop here from mere frustration.

Now this is a BIG second topic. Pet his/spell pen.

A long time ago in a world of warcraft far far away, the one named Ghostcrawler mentioned a myth of pets. a story of pets that would share every bit of spell penetration and hit rating that their master had. unfortunately, this is just but a myth. a myth long since forgotten spare a few souls.

maybe im having amnesia, or maybe just dumb in the head from trying to comprehend some of the short comings of wotlk, but im quite sure this was mentioned once. i remember this because it was a happy day. a glorious day for all warlocks to be on and equal RNG level, where a locks spell interrupt was just as good as a mages or rogues. correct me if im wrong, but i have seen A TON of resists, misses, and nothings (cause pet was dead before i noticed i guess). can i get a straight answer on whether my sweet pvp felhunter stands a chance at silencing an arcane mage with shadow protection up?

Last but not least, new racial resist talents.

this is a pretty murky topic for a lot of people now. people with well over the pvp hit cap are getting resists on targets with spell resistances.

"well thats just insanity mr warlock, bliz changed the hit cap to 100%"
Well might the hit cap not account for the new racials that add resistances to schools of magic?
"gee golly, im not sure, but i would assume more hit would cover these dont you think"
ahh yes, i would assume so too, but resisted spells are sneaking in somewhere when people are well over the pvp hit cap.

some people have tested this using a ton of casts on a race with extra resistances. the unclear part is, that people havent spent enough time testing to come up with a positive number. incase you didnt know (im sure you do, but others might not) the more you test the probability of something, the more accurate the results are. unfortunately, the amount of testing needed to find the difference between 1% (possible bug in hit cap) and 2% (bug due to racials) is enormous and most players havent tested enough. numbers like 1.6% resis rate an 1.3 while also getting 2.0+%.

although it seems obvious the racials are the culprit, i think this needed to be mentioned before the patch, so hopefully something is done (or at least clarified) about the situation/problem.

We have a solution for Mirror Image Polymorph spam.

There is a technical problem with adding spell pen to pets. As I've mentioned a couple of times, the entire system of how pets inherit stats (and buffs) needs to be overhauled and we are working on that now. Most pets do have hit I believe.

We fixed a bug in 3.0.8 where the racial spell hit bonus was applied after the other modifiers were added, meaning that you could not cap yourself above it. Now if you really want to hit races with certain spells you can.
