No Tabard rep from raids?

Now, I know that's probably a noob question, but lemme explain a bit. I was in Naxxramas earlier, with my usual Tabard of the Protector on, because anytime I do a Raid I never get any rep. I thought this was just the way of it, until someone over vent said "Wanna kill that group over there to get more Rep?". Now, that sent up some flags, so I'd just like some clarification... Am I having a bug, or am I missing something, etc.?

Nope, you're not experiencing a bug. In raids in Wrath of the Lich King, you currently get no reputation gain.
