Stop treating your players like this, you are making incredible sums of money off of us, your game is one of the most popular in the entire WORLD, and you're telling people to jump from a high queue server to a...well, slightly lesser queued server?
The destination realms are low population and have no queues, which is why we're allowing transfers to them. It's certainly not going to "solve the problem" as you put it, but having a select number of players move from the highest-population realms to the lowest-population realms is certainly a start.

There are about 75 realms with queues right now. Shattered Hand is in the 30's for highest queue.
