When skinning mobs, some mobs, especially swimming mobs, will be unable to be skinned. Not because of level or anything else, the Skinning cast finishes, the target is unselected, but there is no loot, and you can reselect and do it over and over again.. and we have no idea why. No addons are affecting this.
Has there been any talk of it, or fixing it, or anybody else having the problem?

(If necessary, the person skinning is my GF, a druid, night elf turned worgen, and race made no difference)
