Lvl 2 guilds already!? Blues what's going on?

Not with the guild exp cap.

We have decided to remove the added bonus of gaining Guild Experience from Guild Achievements earned. For guilds that are currently above the normally possible experience limit, we will be readjusting it back to the expected limit once more. This will not affect Guild Reputation gains at this point in time.

This did not stay in affect, there are level 2 guilds from having done achievement runs of Wotlk dungeons, and my guild is stuck at level 1 where all guild should be until tomorrow at the earliest according to the guild exp cap.

Level 2 is possible.

The cap unlocks every night around 3am. The game released at midnight on Monday, giving guilds approximately three hours to hit cap, which many bigger or more active guilds were able to. So effectively this is Day 3 on the guild progression calendar, even though the first day was only three hours long.

Resets are at 3am PST for all realms. Everyone had the same amount of time.
