Will the challenge mode vendors be removed?

Just making sure (the MoP challenge mode armor vendors). Or will they still be there for us to purchase the armor again if we needed to?

Vendors for Challenge Mode armor in Pandaria will continue to be available and sell their armor to characters that have obtained a Gold rating in Mists of Pandaria Challenge Mode dungeons before the pre-expansion patch.

no they mean tertiary stats such as multistrike and others.

It shouldn't be applicable for Pandaria Challenge Modes as they'll will no longer be available with the pre-expansion patch as announced in a blog back in April: Challenge Mode End of Season Early Warning.
