I am loving the the features of the garrison, but im not sure i will be looking forward to having to build and upgrade a new garrison for every single character i have. will some of the features of the garrison be available account wide or will each individual character need to unlock the numerous tiers of upgrades and followers?
All level 3 blueprint achievements will be account wide. Once you have unlocked a level 3 you will be able to purchase the blueprint on your other characters.
