When will Bliz take control of their forums?

You would think the official website of a big business like Blizzard would be a more welcoming environment for their customers. But this website is anything but welcoming. When a person comes to these forums seeking honest answers to honest questions, 9 times out of 10 they are met with insults instead of answers.

I don't expect any of you to stop being rude. That's just the kind of people you are and nothing can change that. But I do expect Blizzard to take control and clean out the rude people for the sake of their own image. When is this going to happen?
