How long does recruit a friend last

I just started recruit a friend with a friend of mine so that we could level up a character together and i noticed that we get triple the exp from quests,kills etc. But, When does this end? previously it ended at 60 so that it wouldn't be as cheap to get to 70. but now that the cap is 80 does recruit a friend work until level 70?
