I cancelled my account on July 11th and now that WoTLK has been released, I tried to upgrade my account but apparently my account was disabled. I am posting from a friends account because i am unable to log on the forums also. Does this mean my account has been permanently banned? I never recieved an email from blizzard that informed me of this. I sent an email to blizzard a week ago but I have only recieved an automated mail that says they should reply within a few days. I'm positive i sent them the email from my registered email adress.
