Char stuck, GM refuses to help by moving it

I was trying to do arenas, the group leader queued in dalaran. After the arena was over I got disconnected from the server after loading. I try to log onto my character and the same happens. (I do not have quest helper mod)

I've had this problem before and I follow the steps that other GMs have given me which was to rename wtf, cache, and interface folders in order to reset my UI, sometimes it works and I'm able to log in fine but other times like today I log my alt and open a ticket for a GM's assistance to move my character.

All was well and good until this certain GM decided he was NOT going to help. Instead he said he sent me an email in which theres directions to follow to reset my UI. I told him I already reset my UI by renaming wtf, cache and interface folders and I asked why he wasn't going to move my character and fix the problem. He repeated he wasn't going to help me and move my character and that he sent an email with instructions on how to fix my UI.

I never got any email and I've never seen such an unwilling, arrogant, and uncooperative person refuse to deliver such simple assistance to a customer in need. Such a person should be fired and not allowed to "service" customers to the point of making them want to cancel their WoW subscription.

All I'm asking is that you move my character so I can play.

That would be because this is the 11th time this has needed to be done in a month, Brana.

We really need to get to the bottom of why this is happening. Just moving you isn't a good resolution to this issue.

If you've totally disabled your addons and reset your UI, I'd recommend running repair tool as the next step.

Brana, this isn't all that unusual occassionally.

Someone that requires this type of service 11 times in one month - well, there is an issue here.

Have you tried running repair tool?

Why suddenly start refusing service to customers that need it? Think I'm going to suddenly stop needing service?

I've tried running the repair tool but it didnt seem to do anything.

I'll try running it again but I think the results will be the same, I'll let you know.

But in the mean time if you would like to move my char so I can play now that would be nice, I mean how hard can it be exactly. (i need arena points omg)

First week of arena when people are doing their last minute games to get points... hell of a time to suddenly stop refusing customer service.

We aren't refusing service, Brana - we are trying to help you get to the root of your issue. Getting stuck THAT many times in a month is not normal by any means, something else is going on.

It's probably not that difficult ( I honestly have no idea)

But the thing is, if this has happened eleven times in a month, it's going to keep happening and happening and you're going to continue to waste GM's time.

You need to fix your problem.

It's not a burden, nor is it a waste - but it's also not fixing the real issue.

This is a symptom of something, not the real issue at hand - that is what we need to help you figure out and fix. If repair tool doesn't help, this may be a deeper problem our techs need to become involved with.

So, what he's essentially saying is that they refuse to get you "unstuck" until they fix your problem.... Which isn't really helpful at all, but if you look at it from their point of view... its not like they get paid to do this kind of thing over and over and over again.... only like $14.99/month.

We unstick players all the time, that's not an issue at all.

At some point however, being stuck isn't the issue - it's a symptom.
