Deathknight Skin Tone Resetting:

When I created my Gnome Deathknight I choose the darkest skin tone possible. But I have just noticed that my once beautiful dark skin has reset back to a normal light colored skin tone. I petitioned trying to get an answer on what happened but all I received in reply was to spend $15 to change my character's appearance through the new "Character Re-Customization".

Why should I have to spend my own money to fix something that wasn't even my fault in the first place. Once of a nice things about my Gnome Deathknight was the unique skin tone. I really hope there is a fix for this in the near future because there is -NO- reason that we should have to pay money to fix an issue that was not our fault.

I have a few questions for you, Fankel; if you are still around. When was the last time you remember having your skin tone the color you believe it should be on Fankel?

You mention that it has come to your attention that a second Death Knight of yours has also been altered to a different skin color. Can you give me the information on this character: Character and Realm Name – as well as the last time you remember it being the color you think it should be.

Other than that, if you are able to log into the game on Fankel, I would like to inspect him myself.
