Rogue literally a broken class(pve)

Rogue was the last class in beta to undergo it's WOTLK phase changing and testing, and it shows. Out of the gates of WOTLK, rogue was left with the 12%+ master poisoner bug, 5%+ CQC/fist bug, and HaT bug. Three massive, defining bugs, in one each of our trees. Not only were these bugs not found and noticed(I'm not even going to ask how that's possible), but we were apparently actually balanced around them.

On top of those bugs, many are noticing energy leaks as mutilate(our energy periodically leaks by small amounts inexplicably). We know now also that mutilate double procs offhand poison(likely a result of crit mutilates?), vanish and stealth are as buggy as ever, and the combo point UI bugs up with HaT(not only is HaT itself bugged, but I notice the combo point UI screws up often).

On top of that, the itemization for mutilate is broken. Everyone knows that weapon speed is one of the largest impacting stats for mutilate now, and a crappy blue dagger from HoL is one of the very best daggers in the game for muti. The very best dagger in the game for both mainhand and offhand right now for muti is Webbed Death from Anub'rekhan. It greatly surpasses multiple other daggers from bosses deeper in naxx, including the one off of KT. The best dagger in the game drops off the first boss in naxx(if you take spider wing first). This is the barman shanker all over again, imo. Itemization for rogue is broken.

On top of this, everyone knows rogue DPS is abysmal at best at the moment. That is on single target. AOE is now far more common in both 5 man and 25 man environments. Rogue is simply left in the dust on overall meters and during trash, and even on bosses, unless specced for the extremely bugged and broken HaT(with stacked groups of rogues and hunters). Even as HaT, and even with FOK being removed from the cooldown in the coming patch, rogue will not come anywhere close to even approaching the AOE DPS of mages, DKs, hunters, warlocks, paladins, and arguably warriors.

All of that said, two of our specs seem to go completely against the grain of WOTLK's raiding philosphy. HFB is a complete pain, and is literally a revamped version of a warrior talent that was scrapped over a year ago for being "unfun"(according to the devs/blue). HFB in it's current implementation is worse than said warrior ability was a year ago.

HaT is a spec based entirely around group stacking and optimal group setups, which is a direct backwards turn from what the entirety of the WOTLK raid balancing theme was about. Not only is it completely bugged, but it's very implementation seems a year or two behind the times.

Once more, we were last to pass the balancing phases of WOTLK beta. Multiple huge, gamebreaking bugs were not only not fixed during beta, but parts of that class that rogue was balanced around, and released to live. On top of those major bugs, we have a few other nasty bugs which made it through, stealth working worse than it ever has before, vanish still broken, and talent/spec designs that spit in the face of WOTLK's philosophy.

So we have a melee class that brings the smallest amount of utilty to raids and worst AOE, being out-dpsed by all classes/dps specs in the game, including hybrids(except for ele shammies), which has 3 specs for DPS, and all 3 of those specs have large bugs.

All in all, it really seems that rogue received half or less of the attention of other classes during it's balancing phase, and not only was it last, but rushed to release without any major testing. Every class has bugs, sure, but I think it's safe to say that rogue was the only class left with this many large ones (and actually balanced around them?) for WOTLK.

I think major troubleshooting needs to be done on the rogue class bugs before it can even be balanced in coming patches. Are we going to get any acknowledgment on these bug and balance issues, and/or any information on when to expect fixes?
