It looks to me that the recently completed Rescue OOX-09/HL! quest is the only one this character has completed, Meuh. It seems like you are going to be in need of a vacation to Feralas and Tanaris in the near future. Be sure to dress in lighter clothes, it’s really hot out in Tanaris this time of year. :0P

Might I suggest a few sightseeing locations on your vacation, Shait? One can't go to Feralas without visiting the Ruins of Isildien or meeting with Kalin Windflight to take a jump off The Twin Colossals - you really would be missing out. . . just make sure to get a [Colossal Parachute].

For the achievement, Veralia? I'm afraid not. I can look up specific quests, such as the escorts, but you'll need to determine which quest you still need to do for the achievement yourself. Remember that not all quests that count for an area are received from that area.

Now, you may have some beacons stashed in your inventory, that I didn't check.
But if not - you'll need to start with the drops.

You have found all the chickens, doesn't look like you've rescued them all.
Looks like the one in Feralas still needs to be escorted. Go find him again through the cave and see him home.
If the engineer doesn't immediately have the last one for you once you turn that in, try relogging there in Booty Bay. Sometimes a quest that pops up like that may not refresh and show for you immediately, although this isn't often an issue - I've seen it happen on occasion.

Looks like for Moonbreaker, Hinterlands is done.
That would leave Feralas and Tanaris. Unless you have the beacon in inventory, doesn't look like you've even visited those chickens yet.

Desmonia, as you know you are done with it on this character. Desmon still needs to look in the Hinterlands.
Kearan, you have found the beacon in Feralas but have yet to do the rescue, none of the others are complete.
Tehshadoz, though you have found the beacon in every land, you have yet to rescue any of the chickens.
Malumiane, you have found both Tanaris and the Hinterlands, but only rescued the one in the Hinterlands.
Finli, you have found a beacon in the Hinterlands and one in Feralas but only rescued the Feralas rescue.
Am I caught up?

The only one you did was Tanaris, Ayani. The issue with quests not being displayed for the quest count usually happens to Northrend quests and that display updates when you return to the area.
Same with you, Empirical, you have completed Tanaris.
