If Gnomes drank the blood of Mannoroth

We all know what happens when orcs drink that nasty blood. What would happen if Gnomes were tricked by Gelbin into drinking the glowing green Mountain Dew? How evil would they get?

I think they'd just be like those annoying kids who flick popcorn at old people in the movie theater, but I have pretty deep thoughts so I was wondering about this.

Thoughts?
