Paid Character Transfer redemption code

How & where do we get a " Paid Character Transfer redemption code "

For those of us without the luxury of a credit card we are restricted to NOT being able to use the Paid Character Transfer service and so far I've found absolutely NO information regarding how anyone would obtain one of these codes. This information would be handy.

I'm afraid that Paid Character Transfer codes are not currently available, Unregistered. Should these codes become available, we'll be sure to inform you on how to purchase them. :)

You might want to look into the option of a prepaid Credit Card.
