Well, there is a lot to say here. Your math isn't the best in the world, but that's okay. Hopefully you're on your way to learning more about business and costs. So I'll address points of your argument that merit some reply.

Yes, we want people to play. Lots of people. Varied people with different goals and levels of capability. What is more, we want these people to have a good time and enjoy the experience.

The content you've mentioned is all content that is meant to be an introduction to raiding in Lich King. It's not meant to preclude people and set a false standard. That being said, we feel that the difficulty of the content is in line with the rewards. While you may find it to be a bit less difficult than you woud like, I assure you a great many others do not.

Not only can we listen, but we did! Try to remember back to the Burning Crusade when players looked like multi-colored rainbows. Their gear was entirely mix-matched and there were many complaints about the experience and leveling in such garb. With Lich King, this problem has been largely eliminated. As you level, you collect gear that fits nicely together and helps to create a more whole look.

So were supposed to wintergrasp with only 40 people? Any more than that on both sides (total of 80) it seems like the zone is about to just shut down completely. Uh oh, look at that! "World Server Down" Theres no game play involved with lag. What fun is it when your driving in a tank, full health, and 10 seconds later you see "release spirit" pop up out of nowhere.

Yes, we're aware of the issue with Wintergrasp and latency. We're working on it as we speak.
