Has anyone been able to reliably farm 25 of these off ogres in either of the zones? I haven't been getting any drops at all.

If so, which (non-dungeon) area did you obtain them in? I'm not in the mood to do dungeons at the moment.

These should have a chance to drop off of ANY ogre as long as you have a Mage Tower at level 1 or higher.
