Why no mailbox at Cantrips and Crows?

Pretty much the title says it all. Just wondering why the inn in the Underbelly doesn't have a mailbox. I know the first answer would be, "Who'd deliver mail down there?" Kinda makes sense except that mail gets delivered to a lot stranger and harder to reach places than this place.

I mean, it's no big deal. I'm just curious.
