i have a full WoW account with BC, I wanted to try the WOTLK Trial, to try out the death knight, i clicked on upgrade to wotlk trial, but didnt manage to get it on my compter. Now, my WoW account is upgraded, but it wont let me download/install the Lich King client to my computer. I get this message:
"WE'RE SORRY

This account is ineligible for the Wrath of the Lich King trial. This is generally due to one or more of the following conditions:
This account has already been enabled with the Wrath of the Lich King free trial. Only one Wrath of the Lich King trial is allowed per account. You can upgrade to a retail Wrath of the Lich King account at any time to continue playing the expansion content beyond the free trial."

i havnt gotten to try the WotLK trial yet, im not interested in buying it until i do,
AND worst of ALL:
NOW I CANT PLAY AT ALL!

I cant log in to my WoW Burning Crusade account!

- when i try to log in, it tells me to go to www.worldofwarcraft/lichking/download

- which doesnt actually exist.
PLEASE!

WHAT CAN I DO???

- thanks for your consideration.

I'd recommend calling billing in the morning.

They will be closing a bit early tomorrow but will be open all morning.

If they have no other solutions for you, they can at least remove that from your account so you can log in normally.
