Phylarch the Evergreen

Cant find this guy anywhere or any clues on how to pick him up. Anyone find anything out yet or even manage to get him?

This shouldn't be a huge mystery really. You need LM @ 3 and then I suggest you go out and log big trees. Let me know if you can't find him after a few hours.
