Flask buffs constantly being removed

How commonly do you flask for a random dungeon on live servers? (And even if your answer is "always!" - how often do you see other people doing it in Dungeon Finder groups?)

Flasks are made freely available on a vendor to facilitate properly-buffed raid testing, but we want to make sure that feedback on dungeon tuning isn't skewed as a result. Draenor flask buffs will be canceled when inside non-raid instances in the beta.
