It was not removed. We're aware of the issue of this gear being currently unavailable and plan to make them available for purchase again in the near future. I don't have an exact time frame for you right now.

He told me that the 70 pvp gear is available in quel'danas from a vendor for "tier tokens" I am not sure what those are to be honest, but he said you can get them from instances. If this is true, it is ridiculous that we would have to do pve for pvp gear. I am on my way to quel'danas now to see if there is a vendor there with this gear.
