Has anyone actually seen the pattern for this drop and where?

I haven't seen it, not even for sell, on my realm. The recipe isn't on WoWHead, WoWDB, or Thottbot and there is no info about it on WoWWiki.

The only thing is, on WoWHead someone has a screenshot of them talking to a GM who says it is in game, but hasn't said where.

Has anyone seen this?
