Can't create a death-knight :[

Hey guys, I'm completely dissatisfied with the pvp state of preists, and since our upcoming patch actually nerfs us a fantastic bit more, I was planning on just rolling a death-knight and actually enjoying the game.

One obvious problem (title); is that upon creation of any DK on the realm which my 80s/70s are currently residing (Sargeras) I get "No Instance Servers are Available".

I realize this is a relatively common problem with a continent dropping off or to whatever extent, but this has been occurring for the last 12 hours. I placed a GM ticket at 2AM CST and got a reply and conversation at around 9AM CST that led to the GM telling me absolutely nothing other than he was looking in to it, and then after 30 minutes telling me roughly nothing, asking if I had more problems, and then closing my ticket rather than escalating it and receiving quite the 'fantastic' marks on the survey he chose for me to fill out.

If this is a known issue of any sort, thanks for telling me :)

Does this error message occur upon selecting the model for the Death Knight, upon attempting to create the Death Knight, or upon attempting to log it in to the world? :)

Though receiving the message "No Instances Servers are Available" is not uncommon, it's strange that the matter has persisted this long. We've received no further reports of this complication, too. Are you able to zone into other instances just fine (on other characters)?

Also, would you mind it terribly if I attempt to confirm the reception of this message on your Death Knight, Admit? I'm assuming that your Orc is the one in question. :)

We've verified the issue and have forwarded the appropriate information onto our staff of Technicians. Soon as I have more information, I'll let you know. :)

Current findings suggest that the Horde version of the DK starting zone—which is instanced—is simply not populating appropriately for Sargeras (effectively not permitting any Horde characters into it). We've notified our Technicians for additional confirmation and resolution. :)
