Egg of Mortal Essence + Healing Stream broken

Healing Stream, a heal over time spell for Shaman, is confirmed not to proc Egg of Mortal Essence.

Is this an over-sight? Since Egg procs off of every other class' heal spells, including Warlock Fel Armor health per 5 regeneration, it seems pretty bad that once again Shaman get the short end of the stick.

Healing Stream is a healing spell with restoration talent support. If Fel Armor -- not even a healing spell -- can proc it, there is no excuse for Shaman heals not to proc it.

It won't proc off of items and Healing Stream is a totem.

Bad things would happen if it proc'd off of items.

It should work fine with all your other heals.
