Is collecting items from more than one Winter Reveler per hour actionable (maybe considered exploitative behavior?)

Thanks for any clarification you can provide. I'm being intentionally vague, but hopefully you're aware of the issue already and know what I mean.

We are aware of the issue and hope to have the issue resolved very soon. As with any exploit of game mechanics or bugs the verification of such practices can result in penalties applied to the account.
