Slashdance loot card

I recently purchased the minatures game and got the loot card slashdance, i went on line ,entered the code , recieved in game code. Now when i go to booty bay to redeem it says the code can not be validated, would you have any sugestions?

Hrm, it should be possible to redeem this loot card currently, and I'm sorry if this was confusing at all. There's a useful guide on redemption here:

That said, may I ask which category you are selecting in an effort to redeem your loot card? You must input the correct code for the actual item you wish to redeem.
