The changes are going to the PTR. Which means that nary a change will be reviewed/tweaked and will be pushed through to live. Which means we looked at the numbers which have proven us to be wrong in the past and like them despite the feedback we got about the changes, which were also correct in the past; We are going to push the changes to live anyways
After that we can all QQ for the next 6-8 months cause being underpowered isn't as big of a concern to Epeens.
Nominal QQ'n == 1 or 2 classes about THEIR class.
Excessive QQ'n == ALL classes QQ'n about 1 or 2 classes
