Character Recustomization: Error Encountered!

I just paid for my character recustomization (transaction ID: HIEAWC) and I don't have any message when I log in nor a new button of any sort. I found this button in the menus in my account management where I'm supposed to 'unlock' my character but I get an error every time that says:

"Sorry, but there has been an error with your request.

* Go back to the previous page
* Return to main"

How do I fix this error if it's on my end? If it isn't, is this a documented error?

edit: I'm not logged in or anything if that is the problem.
