Trade emblems of heroism for valor?

Will something like this ever be implemented? Or will the valor gear be able to be bought with emblems of heroism? I love to run heroics, but am to the point that the REAL upgrades are the valor gear... emblems which I can't really get.

Some people can't play at nights or get a group together for 25 man stuff. Some way to trade in 5-10 emblems of heroism for an emblem of valor would allow people like this a way to get the really good gear like raiders, but take more time of course.

Anything like this going to happen?

We don't have any current plans to allow emblems of heroism to convert to emblems of valor.
