Character Re-Customization - Unlock?

I just paid for a Re-Customization and on the transaction screen it shows this

Re-Customizations that Need to be Unlocked
my name, race, realm, date, tranaction ID, and Unlock

Then under unlock there is a link that says unlock that I think I need to click, but the link is broken.

Its been like 30 min since I bought it, and my friend got one and it was instant, any help?

Hey there, folks.

Can I get each of you to exit and relog into the game client?

We just made a few changes that may resolve your issue. :)

I believe she means to say that she was able to see the Character Re-Customization button on the Game Client. :)
