Druid Stealth Bar

For some reason, my druid's stealth action bar is disabled. Is there a way to enable a unique action bar for while I am prowling? I figure there is a macro, but cannot remember what it is at this time.

I'm not certain what you mean by the stealth action bar, Grumblecake. Do you mean the first bar that replaces your first row of hotkeys when you switch to Cat Form?
