Why Doesn't anyone tank?

Before I start, I have a tank, healer and DPS. I like to tank and heal. I really like tanking. And I do PUG with my tank and healer.

I'm not being a smart ass when I post this but, why don't people like to tank or heal?
On TN about 95% of the classes that can tank/heal do not. They all spec dps.

Why is that?
What needs to be "fixed"?
Why is the LFG always full of DPS and not a dam healer or tank to be found?

I posted it here not TN forum because it is not just a TN issue.

In my experience there are a lot of tanks out there who love to tank. I think the issue is that many of them have guilds and friends they have been playing with for a long time and spend a lot of their time there instead of in the trade channel looking for groups.

We do look forward to implementing the dual/duel spec feature in a future patch to help out with this and help out the players who are willing to tank but prefer to dps most of the time.
