I am very sorry that this seems to be giving some of you issues. I know this is frustrating when you want to take advantage of new services.

If you are still not seeing this option after having gone through the steps in the sticky above (which I know most of you have), calling billing is going to be your next step.

This paladin changed yesterday but had to wait for the button for 12 hours. Their is a high volume of being using the service, just like when servers had queue's. First Come, First Serve. It takes time to process. I gave it time and now just waiting on my rogue to get the button. Of course having work helps so I dont notice the wait.

I suspect those still having an issue have been playing a lot (which is fine), but their logged out time just hasn't synced up with the updates yet. I cannot state that as a fact, but that does seem to be the picture that's taking shape from reports.

And you are correct, this seems to be an incredibly popular service at the moment :)

So I am stuck not logging into my character? Plus by earlier posts. Everytime I log in, it resets the timer?

You are most welcome to give biling a call, they may be able to shed more light on your options here.

If this is an issue of being logged in, once the initial rush has calmed a bit, I suspect the system will be able to catch up. :)

i was just curious, as to what the "unlocked" meant, that most of the other user's who have purchased the character re-customization meant? does this show up on the transaction section in the CRC section under ur account management when the character is done pending? or what?

From the last update to the sticky above.

    Additional Information:

You do not need to "Unlock" your transaction. If you currently have an "Unlock" button on your transaction page, please make sure that you have logged out of the character for a significant amount of time. The "Unlock" button simply means that your transaction has not been fully processed; you will need to wait until the system is able to automatically finalize everything for you.

Until that time, please make sure that you are not logged into the character. This will simply cause further delays if you continue to log in and out of the character in question.

does being logged into the forums and account management on the website slow things down further?

I don't think that would affect this, Bluddrok - but that's an excellent question, I shall ask. The reasoning behind not being logged into the character of course is that you are trying to make changes while that 'program', i.e., your character is in an active state.
