Changing race in recustimization

I believe changing your Race should be part of the Re-custimization. I understand why you can't change class but i think race should be allow. What do you guys think?

Also, let me add - Horde Race should stay horde. Alliance should stay Alliance. However, i do believe changing race should be fine. It doesn't disrupt the balance of the game.
