New DK options?

I am a bit confused with new customization features being offered. Some are claiming that not-before-available options are being added for the DK class. Rumors include those of cool new face tats and scars.

I hope you can please clear up this misunderstanding. Are these options the same options we had when we first rolled our DKs?

I don't have a clear answer on this at the moment, but will get back to you as soon as possible. It may not be tonight since many of our developers have gone home for the evening.

Fortunately we don't. Quantity isn't always a good thing, especially when you're providing very public information to people. I think the 5-hour energy I drank earlier might have caused it.

This patch note is being removed in the latest version of the 3.0.8 PTR notes (not yet updated on our website). There are no new unique faces for the Death Knight class in 3.0.8. This note was actually related to a re-evaluation of the way skins work with the current standard and unique faces, however, no changes for this are going into the next patch. I apologize for the confusion.
