Sholazar Basin Faction Achievements

Savior of the Oracles and Honorary Frenzyheart.

Are both of these achievements obtainable, or can you only get 1? I started the Basin recently, and I'm gaining reputation with the Frenzyheart tribe and my Oracles is going down.

I don't see why Blizzard put both these achievements in place if you can only get one? Is this like Aldor/Scryer? It would be a huge pain to get Exalted with 1 and then have to switch.
