This is always an interesting question. Does the very power of undeath solely come from the Lich King? We know he's quite the progenitor for a massive amount of undead, but does his particular end mean an end to all such aberrations? I guess only time will tell.

It's sort of a "chicken and the egg" argument isn't it? :) Which did come first? Where is the source of the power?
And yes, there are many other stories to tell beyond just the Lich King, but he definitely is a clear and present danger in Northrend isn't he?
