Stuns need a damage cap

Every single other CC that allows damage has a damage cap. The fact that it is possible to stunlock someone from 100% health to 0% health shows a complete lack of balance. It was unfair to the other classes when you could fear someone and burn them down 100% to 0% before they came out of that fear and the same applies to the 100% -0% stunlock. Please put a damage cap on stuns and balance them with every other CC that allows damage.

Frost nova has a damage cap and it also has a cooldown. I will also point out that frost nova is not nearly as powerful of a CC as stuns are. When you effected with frost nova you still have the ability to attack/heal/cc when you are effected with stuns you do not have the ability to do ANYTHING. Once again please balance stuns with all other CCs that allow damage and put a damage cap on them.

Yes I actually have 3 threads on this issue and I will start a new thread every single day until this issue has been resolved

The way we typically handle that is by temporarily banning you until you've calmed down.

"Terrorist tactics" are not the right way to have your greivances aired.

GC, if you wanted to warn the guy, give his account a warning. It happens all the time. Isn't that really the more appropriate way to deal with it, anyway?

That message would go to one person. This way maybe several people will think to themselves that while the thread may have gotten a blue response, it wasn't one that actually addressed the issue the poster wanted addressed.

I used "terrorist tactics" cautiously and not in the sense of scary international terrorism. The way to get the designers to discuss your issue is to present it intelligently. Spam posting, threatening to quit WoW or reroll, and all of those kind of tactics that I have described as "make my change or I will scream very loud in the ear of this kitten" aren't effective or appropriate.

If you're smart enough to play WoW at the level at which class balance is a concern for you, then you are intelligent enough to compose a mature post. :)
