So I went to the Loot Turn in page to redeem the codes, chose my lothar realm etc. Logged into the toon I wanted to receive the loot, went to Booty Bay, found Landro, entered the code For the Pet Biscuit, the One From Betrayers (cause the Drums one 'Slashdance', Doesn't even show up in the promo list?)
Entered in the Promo Code I received when I redeemed the card at the wowtcg.com/loot... and nothing (I even checked & re-checked the long code I received to make sure I wrote it down right).
A deathknight was next to me... & asked if he was turning in a code as well... he said he wasn't able to turn one in there as it wasn't working for him either. This is my 2nd attempt to try to retrieve the loot (spent about an hour back and forth with booty bay & online search etc for info) but every time I enter the Exact Code I was given... nothing happens.
Is there something I'm missing, a problem with Landro in Lothar ..? and why wasn't the slashdance loot from Drums even showing up in the list?
The reason I typed in every step above, was to show that I followed everything it said to do on the Redeem page. So please, any help, or please look into updating Landro /Booty Bay Promo guy In Lothar, and make sure to add every item to each list.
