i recently decided to make my DK a hybrid (after leveling Unholy-. the build would be 2/48/21). is there a way i can learn Frost Strike Rank 1, and Howling Blast Rank 1 without recreating a DK?

Both abilities are gained through talents. You simply need to speak with your trainer to unlearn your currently talent spec.
