Unable to get grimoires for minion

I'm having a technical problem with my Warlock. i am unable to talk to any of the trainers who sell grimoires to level up minions abilities. It is a technical issue, but Blizz has informed me via e-mail that they are unable to discuss talents/abilities/etc. via petition. I was not asking to discuss it but for them to fix it.
I had a problem with my Draenei Priest where she couldn't heal Tavara using her Gift of The Naaru. The solution they gave me didn't work so I ended up searching Thottbot. Other players had said they used Lesser Heal to accomplish the Priest quest. It's sad that Blizz wasn't able to help me then and won't help me now. So I am turning to these forums to see if anyone else can help. It is a pretty serious issue for a Warlock to be unable to train up her minions. I believe the issue has to be technical and on my part because I made another Undead Warlock who also had no book icon show up when she moused over the trainer in Death's Knell.
Any help would be appreciated, and for the record, i did delete my cache, interface and WTF folders; there is no WoW folder in the virtual store so that will be no solution for me. Deletion of files seems to be WoWs solution for most if not all technical problems I have had in the past but will not work this time.
