Hacked, got gold back but no items

Hello,

I was hacked about 2 weeks ago. I opened a ticket, and yesterday I received an email informing me that my investigation came to an end, and that I will be restored. I received the gold missing from the 4 characters in my account which were involved in this problem, but I am still missing 4 banks, and 2 guild vaults of items.

I have sent emails responding that there are still many items missing, and have yet to receive any information regarding if my investigation is pending or is it closed and I will not see the rest of items missing.

Maybe here I can get some info.

If you are still missing items after a specialist has addressed your case, an email is indeed the appropriate next step.

They will be happy to have another look.
