Beta Account Switched and Characters Missing

Hi, I have an odd situation. I was in the alpha and this morning my characters were wiped. I went ahead and transferred a few characters over to Lost Isles and set them up so I could test at 2pm. I logged on later to find that I had no characters listed on Lost Isles.

The only explanation I can find is that previously on my account the WoD Alpha/Beta account name was listed as WOW4. Now I have a WOW5. It looks as if my previous account was removed and a new one added in the last hour.

If that is correct, is it possible to restore the previous account with all the characters?

Evening folks, we're currently investigating the problem. Can you provide clarification if you're able to create or copy characters on the new Warlords Beta licenses and if you can log into those new characters?
