Healing flagged targets

Not sure if intended but I am unable to heal flagged targets until I flag myself first.

On another note, was happy to see mouseover macros work just fine.

If you're NOT flagged, you cannot interact in any way with flagged characters in such a way that you will wind up flagged. Damage or healing.
